What is Reclaiming Sundays?

Each weekend, as you and your family celebrate the Lord's Day, the Pro-Cathedral of St. Mary will offer you practical, helpful, and inspiring recommendations to keep Jesus the focus each Sunday as our parish and families "reclaim" Sundays for the Lord and family time.

What does each week's Reclaiming Sundays guide include?

• Explore the Gospel—The full text for the Sunday Gospel, along with discussion questions aimed to help guide a meaningful conversation amongst members of your family.
• Family Prayer—A recommended family prayer which can be done as part of a Sunday brunch or meal.
• Family Fun—A family activity that is intended to bring your family together in a fun and enjoyable way. The types of activity will range from projects to movies to possible field trips.
• Recipe of the Week—A recipe for either a family meal, snack, or dessert. We will be looking to our St. Mary’s families to submit their own favorite recipes. You can submit your favorite recipes below.
